Live Well Atchison County had an important mission: to promote and sustain healthy behaviors through education, community action, and advocacy. But while the work was impactful, the messaging was muddy. Their four core focus areas—behavioral health, healthy eating, physical activity, and tobacco-free living—were hard to communicate quickly and clearly. Their visuals lacked cohesion, and their outreach materials were difficult to manage across platforms.

The Process

Storyweaver Brands partnered with Live Well to build a bold, approachable brand identity that could help residents instantly understand the organization’s impact. From logo to templates to website, we focused on creating tools that would empower the team to spread their message with clarity and confidence.

  • Choosing a color palette and font system that felt vibrant, inclusive, and energizing
